Will using third-party capsules void the warranty on my Nespresso® machine?
No, the warranty will not be void. Nespresso®’s warranty obligations remain the same no matter what type of capsule you use in the machine.

We offer free UK delivery on all Coffeestar orders which normally takes 2-4 working days to arrive. If you need your coffee quickly, we offer a next working day service on any size of order for just £5.99
Do Coffeestar sell organic or bio-degradable coffee capsules?
We have just started stocking a capsule that is both organic and bio-degradable. In fact, we have the world’s first capsule that has an oxygen barrier to give it up to 24 month shelf life, yet it will fully compost within 23 weeks of use. At the moment, the cost is too high to switch our entire production, but as demand and legislation increases, we will be in a position to offer all our range in bio-degradable capsule.
Where are Coffeestar coffee capsules produced?
Our capsules are produced in Poland. The factory of our choice has been producing coffee for over 20 years. The plant conforms to the requirements of the IFS (International Food Standard) and HACCP in accordance with the European Union and environmental protection.
I want to return my Coffeestar coffee capsules. What do I do?
In the unlikely event that you wish to return your Coffeestar capsules, we will give you a full refund if not entirely satisfied.
